Welcome to Beacon. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding agreement in your country, to use Beacon. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Your content and conduct

You are responsible for the beacons, messages, and other content you post. Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights. Do not use Beacon to spam, impersonate others, or endanger anyone's safety. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Beacon has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: reported content is reviewed promptly, violating content is removed, and offending accounts are ejected from the platform.

Meeting people in real life

Beacon helps you discover activities happening around you. Meeting people you don't know carries real-world risk. Use good judgment, meet in public places, and never share sensitive personal information. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

Service availability

Beacon is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using Beacon and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
